Betty L -- A 6800 ton dead weight grounded on the beach in San Francisco Bay. The barge was successfully re-floated without environmental damage or further damage to the vessel

Biscay 30 -- The 1200 ton Spanish tug Biscay 30 was tripped and run over by a fully loaded tow in the Mississippi River SW pass. It required total channel clearance and salvage. The tug was successfully re-floated and towed to harbor with no environmental damage.

The log barge Seaspan Rigger grounded in Barkley Sound, BC and was structurally damaged in the grounding. The barge was successfully removed in two sections with no environmental damage and then both sections were towed to port.
FDS managed the in-house fabrication of various concrete pipe ballast weights for a submarine utility crossing.


Columbia River utility and fish bypass: FDS divers assisted in the underwater construction of a submerged 72" intake structure.
